Larry Flynt is better known for being the perv behind Hustler and other skin mags and productions, but now the famed pornographer is taking up a new cause. He is offering $1 Million to anyone that can come up with Mitt Romney's tax returns. He purchased a full-page advertisement in Washington Post and USA Today, but he demands documented evidence--so no fraudsters, please!
Flynt wants to see what Mitt Romney is hiding in his past tax documents and offshore accounts--like a fair number of other Americans. Romney's own father would be scratching his head at this behavior. The same people who demanded to see Obama's birth certificate couldn't care less on whether or not Romney paid taxes, which is a huge part of being a patriotic American.
Hopefully the requests of this well-known pornographer don't get anybody in too much trouble, but it would be interesting to see if the Romney camp ever produces any of those past tax returns that seem to be too spooky for Mittens to release on his own.

Exactly!
"Others have released far more than that."
...yeah, like college records and REAL birth certificates.
...so, that's all Romney needed to do. The left can go ahead and continue their faux hunt.
...who's his daddy?
"Transparency will be the touchstone of my presidency"... Oh wait, that was someone else...
Isn't that a real ripper!
Larry Flynt is showing the money.
Show the Returns Mittens!
If anyone has a problem with that, I suggest that he GET BUSY and earn enough money to compete with Romney.
If he's got nothing to hide, he should just do it, and adhere to the same benchmark that other candidates have used.
But I guess because he's your White knight, he doesn't have to follow any established protocols.
Because the democrats say they want to see what is only Romney's business. "he should just do it"? We've been asking for Obama's information and you and all the democrats tell us to go pound sand.
"adhere to the same benchmark that other candidates have used"
...when the democrats start using the same standards that they expect from the Republicans, then they can start making demands.
"But I guess because he's your White knight, he doesn't have to follow any established protocols." ...well,... oh never mind.
racist
Let me make it simple, so that you can possibly understand it. I doubt it, but here goes anyway.
Tax returns for tax returns: Mittens adhering to the same standards that all other candidates for the past 30 years have used. That his father used.
You've only got a problem with it because your boy here is hiding stuff big time, and you baggers absolutely know it.
Tax returns for tax returns: Good enough for George Romney, good enough for Mittens.
This administration has 37 individuals who owe back taxes.
If they R E A L L Y cared about making sure that everyone paid their "fair share" they would clean up their own house. If Mitt doesn't owe any taxes, he's right in telling the democrats to go pound sand.
"If he shows you every financial record from the last 30 years none of you will be voting for him so why should he show you anything he doesn't have to?" EXACTLY. Who cares what the progessive/ socialist /communist/democrats think? After all, they're commies. All they want is fuel for their "class envy" "the rich are evil" "eat the rich" propaganda campaign. Congress wrote the tax laws, and the democrats like pelosi, reid, frank, waters are getting rich off those tax laws. But they want to single out Romney? NO DEAL!
We've asked for Obama's records and haven't gotten them, so shut up.
Is THAT simple enough for YOU to understand? I doubt it. Nothing but democrat double standards and FAUX interest.
Oh, and Obama is STILL a failure, that the real reason for the diversion and the finger pointing.
No false equivalencies. No red herrings.
No BS frightwing noise.
You people only believe in privacy when it comes to having your boy evade the scrutiny that you'd subject other people to.
Tax Returns for Tax Returns. And then let the people decide.
Ok How about Obama releasing his educational records including the financials like so many other candidates before him have?
Really? Name one other candidate who has revealed the educational records you are demanding of Obama.
College records for college records. And let the people decide.
It's hilarious to see how desperate you people are getting.
And my family never fled to Mexico so they could have multiple wives, either.
No, then 'she' would find some other excuse for Mr. Rmoneybags.
In April 2009, the U.S. Export-Import Bank, whose stated mission is "to assist in financing the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets," approved a preliminary commitment to lend at least $2 billion to Petrobras, Brazil's national oil company, to fund the purchase of equipment and services from American companies. The commitment was approved by the Export-Import Bank's bipartisan Board of Directors before any Obama appointees joined the agency.
As the Export-Import Bank is self-sustaining, no taxpayer moneys are involved.
None of PRESIDENT Obama's appointees had joined the Ex-IM board at the time of the vote.
Soros reduced his stake in the company before the promised loan was sent.
You can't lead a horse to water, but you can't make her think.
Maree likes to repeat that lie no matter how many times it's been disproven.
And I didn't call her a name, I was just using an apt analogy. .
Did you hear something that sounded like a fly?
who swallowed a fly...
I don't know why....
she swallowed that fly
perhaps...she'll die....
There was an old lady, who swallowed a spider - it wiggled and jiggled and tickled insider 'er - she swallowed the spider to catch the fly, I don't know why she swallowed the fly - perhaps, she'll die.
I'll finish the rest later. Gotta find my flyswatter..lol.
The Export Import Bank is a government run bank. It made a preliminary commitment to offer Petrobras $2 billion in April 2009. What that means is, Petrobras could take out a loan from the Bank and use that money not to enrich Soros or shareholders, per se, but to enrich US companies in the energy space, mainly businesses in the oil, natural gas, and oil rig space. The money would in fact come back to the US and, hopefully, even create jobs due to demand for goods and services from Petrobras, one of the biggest oil companies in the Americas.
What’s become of that $2 billion? On February 4, 2010, the Bank entered into a medium-term credit guarantee facility with Petrobras for $308 million. That means if Petrobras wants, it can go to a bank — in this case it is JP Morgan — and take out a loan for $308 million to buy goods and services from US companies. The Export Import Bank then would guarantee that loan from default, which in turn makes JP Morgan happy because it will not lose money and will make interest on the loan; make Petrobras happy because the loan guarantee means low interest rates on the loan; and it makes the Export Import Bank happy because they can collect fees (undisclosed) and provide a boost to the companies in the US in which Petrobras will do business.
Although the Bank has agreed to guarantee the loan to be made by JP Morgan, the transaction is not operative. That’s a legal term that means no legal documents have been signed by JP Morgan or Petrobras saying that the loan is active. The Bank approved it, but Petrobras has not acted on it for more than one year later.
In other words, the $308 million is part of the $2 billion offer. Petrobras has not yet tapped a single dime of it.
Petrobras has a LOT of money at low interest, and probably doesn’t need the loan anyway.
And although Soros is an investor in Petrobras, he is not even in the top 15 of major holders. For that, you would have to turn to these conspirators in the top five:
Baillie Gifford & Co (Scotland fund, biggest holder besides Brazilian government)
The Capital Group (David Fisher was, and maybe still is, an Obama fundraiser)
Wellington Management
Vanguard Group

Here’s what is really going on with that $2 billion loan. Petrobras declined to comment on it, but a spokesperson at the Export-Import Bank, which offered Petrobras $2 billion in a preliminary commitment in April 2009, did comment. (And after some due diligence all my own, here are the the “known-knowns”.)

FALSE.
Not from some frightwing blog, real facts.
Rory there is nothing moral about Flynt.
True, MariAna, and that is the point. Flynt is a slimeball and still has the moral high ground on Rmoney.
get involved in your own politics in Canada.
Does this apply to Renee Nal of New Zealand as well, if it does, then are you going to be the one to tell her ??? If it does not apply to Renee Nal, why does it not ???
You made the statement, I only asked the question the statement presented.
"this is a very unfair comparison you made"
...of course it is, that's why he made it. The idea is to make the most outrageous statements he can.
"But he is trying to expose Romney for what he is and that is an honorable endeavor."
...because we are honorable people, we are exposing Obama for what he is, a commie and a liar.
You do realize how idiotic those types of statements make you look....or you dont..poor thing.
1) Renee Nal does not down our American Citizens. Nor does she disrespect our candidates.
I assume that you implying that is alright for Renee Nal to speak disparagingly about the POTUS, (your's and mine) but it is not alright for anyone else to speak disparagingly about a conservative political candidate. Wow, you don't mind openingly expressing your bias and bigotry, do you.
I imagine that there is logic in your reasoning, at least from your point of view, but for the life of me, I just can't find it.
2) You have asked this question every time this come up.
Yes, I ask the question several times in the past and I will continue to ask the question. I have nothing against Renee being a citizen of New Zealand, if that is indeed what she is. But, I totally dislike the way she writes articles and post comments as though she is an American citizen, although, she will not confirm what her nationality is.
As with Rory, he is a Canadian and post his comments without reservation as a concerned citizen of Canada. No fakery, no false pretense, just an honest GN member who lives in Canada who wants to be involved in GN posted issues. A member with an opinion or contributing information to post, for the benefit of others and for opposing debate. Such sincere contribution to an issue is wholeheartedly welcomed by me and I believe by many others. It's not just because he is liberal in his views, but because he is honest as a person.
As for me, Renee Nal does not have to worry about any harrassment unless she places comments to articles other than those of her own. When she does, I may find it necessary to challenge her point of view. Do a little research and you will find that I discontinued posting comments to her written articles several months ago. I tend to avoid those who are or appear to be dishonest or untrustworthy.
Rory this is a very unfair comparison you made. I am amazed that in true conscience you can made this. It proves your hatred for America's Republican party.
Well, I'm none too fond, that's for sure.

As I said before and I will say it again.....get involved in your own politics in Canada. We do not get involved with yours nor do we ridicule your candidates...don't do it to ours.
As I said before, too bad, so sad.
If you can't refute my points you attack my nationality. But truth has no nationality. This is a public forum available in Canada. I'll use it as I see fit.
See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!
If anyone is unwelcome here it's Mari, Rory so don't worry.
But it's not because Flynt's request is as illegitimate as The Donald's.
It isn't.
It's because Flynt probably does not enjoy a credible reputation with undecided voters. And those are the voters that Obama needs. What's more a chunk of Obama's women's vote probably resents a guy like Flynt.
Not all of Obama supporters are likely permissively liberal.
I much prefer hearing such a request come from Richard Luger, Alan Simpson, Mario Cuomo, Colin Powell or Steve Forbes. [Not that we can entice them to speak out. But William Kristol had his voice heard about the Romney tax records!]
Senator Reid's comment, about what he heard from Romney's former Bain colleague, was somewhat over-the-top--because it was hearsay and because it came from the Senate Majority Leader.
Ironically, publicizing Flynt's inquiry might help to de-legitimize the important political issue even more:
Flynt may be an Icon for Free Speech--but I don't think a quote from him about an important political issue, where Romney is vulnerable, is going to play well in a household where the breadwinner is an out of work mid-level manager or else an aviation mechanic who voted Democrat in 2008, for the first time in years.
I bet the RNC was glad to cancel Trump, too.
