Republican Racism: Black Camerawoman Called an Animal at RNC

If the reoprt proves to have actually happened, it only provides more proof as to the animosity and distain the vast majority of the Teapublicans have for those who are not of the white race.

These Teapublicans like to portray themselves as Christians, yet it is evident, that most hold hate and racism in their hearts. They for the past two years have been preaching the Divinity of the Church and the Christian religion, while displaying the traits of pure evil, plainly exhibited by their own sanctimonious demeanor. They deny being racist, but refuse to rebute open racism by others of their newly formed party. They declare to have no hate for others, however, they fail to denounce hate when it is displayed by their fellow ideologist. They profess to render respect for our president, yet, they laugh at disparaging jokes and racist illustrations of him. They profess to love their fellow man, but at the same time, they ignore the plight of those who within our society who are poor or distitute. They claim to stand for equality, while enacting new laws designed to take away the vote of others. They shout how much they love the unborn, but are against the means which would prevent the tragedy of an unwanted pregnancy. They loudly cry their belief that women are equal to men, but endeavor to pass laws that would take away women's rights. They extoll how much they want to help the less fortunate, but are lobbying to do away with welfare programs.

I could go on and on, but writing this new wave of ideological thinking, sickens me in the knoqledge that our country is regressing from the ideals of humanity and equality to all people, which our society for founded upon.

I agree with your comments and views

They profess to render respect for our president, yet, they laugh at disparaging jokes and racist illustrations of him. Sorry if anybody does that, but you are making claims based on your perception (driven, no doubt, by the likes of MediaMatters and MoveOn and MSNBC) but not reality.

I'm suffering snow blindness when I look at the convention.....

I am so glad you wrote this, Chelsea. I find it sickening that people are actually justifying this behavior.

Is somebody justifying it?

from CNN today:

"Two people were removed from the Republican National Convention Tuesday after they threw nuts at an African-American CNN camera operator and said, 'This is how we feed animals.'
"Multiple witnesses observed the exchange and RNC security and police immediately removed the two people from the Tampa Bay Times Forum."

It's really nice that they threw them out!

It is nice...wonder who the peanut throwers actually were - three days in now - still no names.

See, even when they do the right thing you still go for the negative.

This story is true. But the fact that we still have no idea who the perpetrators were speaks volumes. It sounded dodgy from the beginning, it is too staged, too obvious and frankly, conservatives simply do not act that way.

Chelsea I noticed that you made absolutely no mention of what was done about the two idiots. But I guess you weren't looking to tell the whole story. Only the part that fit your narrative.

But hey! It's your article. You can make it say whatever you want.
