The New Health Care Bill
BOTH HOUSE AND SENATE HEALTH BILLS REQUIRE THE MICRO CHIPPING OF AMERICANS
Required RFID implanted chip Through these chips we will also be able to be tracked by satellite so Big Brother can see everything we do and know wherever we go. Starting to sound a little intrusive? Maybe very intrusive? According to the language in the health care bill it will be required for all American citizens to be implanted with an RFID chip.
This new law – when fully implemented – provides the framework for making the United States the first nation in the world to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.
Don’t believe it? Look it up yourself. Health care Bill H.R. 3200:

Folks, he's lying. He made a claim and provided a link to the document--and none of the terms entered in the document search feature come up with any results. Zero results. It is simply not there--and not true.
National Medical Device registry
Sub Title C-11 Sec:2521
“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of post market safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

In my comment above, I was merely referring to the End Times, and what the Revelations chapter of the Bible has to say about the coming of the AntiChrist. It is why my comment ended so cryptically, because the answer is right there in the closing words ...
"...and whoever masterminds THAT...""
According to the Bible, a certain political leader will suddenly rise to great prominence from somewhere in the Central Asian /Middle-Eastern countries. According to the Revelations, this is how we will be able to identify him as the AntiChrist :
<> He will have a fierce countenance
<> He'll be a real linguist, with mastery over most of the major
languages of the world!
<> He'll be a consummate musician - with the ability to bring people
to tears with the beauty of his singing. (This immediately brought to
mind one of the characteristics of Lucifer when he was an Angel...)
But more than any of these physical characteristics or abilities, it's what this leader will do that will be the clinching factor regarding his being the AntiChrist.
He'll become the darling of the masses all over the world because he'll suddenly bring about a miraculous 7-year peace accord between Israel and Palestine. But beware - for this is a false accord and a false peace which he will use to lull the people of the world to his real identity and nefarious designs...
In just 3 and a half years, he will break this Peace Treaty and unleash his evil armies on the World, declaring War on the then greatest existing nation (obviously, the US).
The complete crash of the dollar would by then have been brought about as one of the ways to pre-weaken the military might of the US ...
You can see how this is fast becoming a world reality already, Rene, from the rising value of the Euro and the economic recession so prominent in the US....
There are many other indicators, but I'll mention just one more - the most intriguing one. The Bible speaks of the two greatest nations in these times, which were for a long time engaged in a cold war, coming together in a stunning turnaround to form an alliance against the armies of the AntiChrist ... inveterate enemies turning fast friends, so to speak.
Compare that contention with what happened last year - in an event which would barely have attracted any attention amongst the masses, yet which would have become another piece of evidence in favour of the Revelations in the minds of those who are aware of these things, the US and the erstwhile Soviet Union (present day Russia) signed an accord on some new technology or the other ( the specifics are on the tip of my tongue, but I can't for the life of me remember it right now!). Maybe it was for a nuclear-powered aircraft, or some such revolutionary new military technology.
But I do remember THIS - they explicitly stated in their treaty that this whole exercise was designed to put up a united front against the bullying and threats of nuclear war by Iran. Do you see how this ties in with all that the Bible has been saying, Rene?
And just a few months prior to that news-item appearing in the local dailies here, I'd had a stunning vision of the AntiChrist, and I saw him appearing from ... guess where, but Iran. Of course, my vision may turn to be completely wrong about the origins of the Anti guy! :)
Whew! Long theological lesson , and I'm sorry if I have unnecessarily cluttered up this post, Rene! But it has been building up inside me for a while now, this whole End-Times/AntiChrist/One-World-One-Government thing. And , to cap it all, my own *personal* encounters with evil in the last ten years have confirmed all this for me in an indirect and subtle way.

And no, I saw nothing about micro-chipping Americans. I did see a part about the Chip type programs, which refers to Childrens Health Insurance Programs.
and how do you know this? Was it revealed to you in a prophetic frenzy of spiritual ecstasy? Say baa, baa, Robert.
"Chip type programs, which refers to Children's Health Insurance Programs"..., boy, what a scary set of programs that is... healthy children? Next thing you know, we'll have healthy adults, too. Then where will be be?
Remarkable how, a month ago, about half the people in the US (down from 60%) were against the Health care bill, but when asked about the individual components of this bill, people were uniformly in favor of them. Why? Because the GOP, TBggers et al. have, along with FOX, been lying for two years about the bill (and did nothing to reform health care when they controlled Washington).
The facts actually get people pretty thrilled about where the country is going (except for the sore losers).
"What this section of the bill actually does is call on the Secretary of Health and Human Services to “establish a national medical device registry to facilitate analysis of post-market safety and outcomes data” on all Class III medical devices and all “implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining” Class II medical devices that have been used on a patient. In other words, it establishes a registry designed to gather data on the effectiveness and safety of the most highly-regulated medical devices."
Get real.
The explanation above does not rule out the type of chip or 'medical device' we're talking about here, it just doesn't mention it.
I searched the bill and this is what I found.
"State senators are moving to protect Georgians from being implanted with a microchip without their permission.
The Senate voted 47-2 on Thursday to approve a bill banning the practice without consent. Doing so would be a misdemeanor considered assault and battery.
Even with permission, implantation could only be performed by a doctor. Anyone who has a microchip implanted without their permission would be entitled to sue for damages."
Someone knows something or this would not have become an issue. I also just read that Virginia is considering similar legislation. Tell me, why now and why all of a sudden?
Sen. Chip Pearson, who sponsored the bill, says it’s a proactive measure aimed at anticipating technological advances that may infringe on people’s rights.

I don't care for the comments, but to each their own as I viewed it as I say, as a news/information article.
Of course the technology has been around for years--if you've ever seen an ad for locating lost pets, that's the technology. But just because it exists, doesn't necessarily mean that it will be used in humans...although I could see some form of it being promoted for use in infants/small children as a 'if your child is ever lost or kidnapped' kind of thing....but that is a very slippery slope indeed.
I do NOT see the large-scale implantation of all adult citizens as a requirement of lawful citizenship--that is completely unrealistic.
Of course I know the technology is and has been around for a while. When I found my dog (a stray) I took him to the vet and had him scanned. The bill proposed it good to my way of thinking because at least humans will not be treated as dumb animals who don't have a say in what we do to them. I don't like the idea that this could be a situation we find ourselves in some day.
I hope that the bill to which you are referring is the Georgia bill--which is indeed 'a solution looking for a problem'. "Microchip" is either a visionary or a paranoid--depending on whether you align with Robert S. or not.
The reason I think Robert is totally off base? The costs of implementation and the fact that this country would go up in flames if it became a requirement of citizenship--no doubt that is why the rumor is being spread, to cast further doubts on Obama's Presidency and the Democratic Party.
This is rumor; it is NOT real. Robert did provide the link to the bill; do what I did--click on the link and then use the search features to see if you can find any reference at all to microchips, RFID, implantation, etc. It is simply not there.
It doesn't have to say or mention 'chips' to leave that as a possibility. That is my whole point.
If you mean what can be implanted, say so specifically, so there is no question later. When you leave a generalization such as what I saw, it is open to interpertation and abuse.

An excellent written source to begin looking at the topic...
http://www.amazon.com/Spychips-Major-Corporations-Government-Track/dp/1595550208
So far, we as a people have only accepted this concept as far as implanting chips in our pets so we can find them when they get lost. Theoretically, we (meaning society in general) may decide that such procedures would be a good idea for our kids or our elderly, which would be the next logical step in getting us to agree to implanting ourselves.
Depending on how you look at the information that is available to the average citizen, it is extremely easy to shrug the whole topic off as lies, fearmongering, conspiracy theory nuttiness... Sadly though, there does seem to be some basis for real concern.
KS, where did you see any generalization in the Healthcare Reform Act?
Would you please cite Section, Paragraph and Clause? Or at least a page number? I did a really thorough search on the document and did not see any language that could be misinterpreted to mean what Robert said it does.
With all due respect--if someone makes the claim that Robert stated above, they had best be prepared to prove it with specific citations. And if there is language that 'opens the door' for later modifications allowing what Robert claims is already in there--be prepared to give citations for that as well.
Quinn, I agree. Once we begin accepting the concept as a good thing, it's not long before it becomes one of those 'for the greater good' things and acceptable. From there, it can become mandatory.
If it ever comes to fruition, hopefully we will still be free enough to strike it down, but we don't know what will happen. That's one reason for laws making it criminal to force you to have one.......personally, I'd rather lose my human life than my spiritual one and hope I am strong enough in my faith should that come to pass.

This really isnt a new subject.
Katie, with this "logic," you might as well attack the Bible for its (lack of specifics on) RFID chips.
OMG! THE END IS NIGH!
I'll be back to re-read and comment. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Using your thought process the wording does not state one cannot emplant a tree in your body meaning that makes it a possibility.
One of the tactics of that angel-gone-bad is to first convince the populace of the absolute usefulness and inevitability of any technology/device that he plans to use to further his designs. The RFID chip is the jewel in that crown....
The marketing of these things has been ongoing for at least a couple of years.
"keep your children safe" - "keep your medical and financial records, including our will, all in one place" YIKES!
ALL farm animals were slated to get these chips as a tracking method for "disease" LOL They want to track our food supply. All animals including fish! And if you move an animal from one farm to another, you must report or be fined. If you take your horse to a horse show, you must report or be fined. All on a computer friendly data base.
So if a horse gets out of the pasture or a chicken goes astray - they will know it and be inquiring.
1. The spin masters are already applauding the chips advantages to find children, and animals, with a capability of having 240,000 bits of information on ever man, woman, child, and beast.
2. A worldwide financial collapse?
3. A nuclear attack?
4. Monitoring Health Care.
5. Monitoring legal citizens as opposed to illegal aliens draining health care and other dollars?
6. A One World Order spawned from darkness?
Any one of the above and more could result in having someone knocking on our door with an order for our survival. The chaotic bubble will eventually burst and then nothing will be the same.
The least you can do, dear lady, is to maintain a modicum of courtesy while debunking what you don't believe in ... neh? :)
(Remember that I am the guy who has been saying that everything we say and do will be observed and recorded within a few years.)
There are lots more things more important to worry about than implanted chips.
I've also read - though I can't truly vouch for the vericacy of those reports at the time of posting this - that the rFID as we know it now will undergo a mutation , and the second version will have thought-recognition technolgy built into it.
Before any of you scoffs at this, stop for a while and think about his - such technology already exists and is in use for medical applications, among other apps.
I have been hearing this mark of the beast crap since I was a kid many years ago. Please let me remind you of some history. John of Patmos, who wrote revelations, was a hermit living in a cave on a small island and was probably insane. Revelations is crap and was included in the testament at the Council of Nicea as a scare tactic.
The Council of Nicea only established Cannon Law for the church, requirements for ordination, Papal practices, rules for excommunication, etc.
The bottom line is simply that there are those who believe in the teaching of the Bible and those who do not. Those who beleive will most likely see the required implantation of a chip as the mark of the beast.
I personally do see it as such and will never allow it. The day anyone tries to force it upon me will be a day of reconning as I will protect myself and my beliefs no matter what and with deadly force if necessary.
Take that for what it's worth
However I would not allow a chip implant either, although for privacy reasons.
Personally, I don't believe in "the beast" so it's all academic to me.
Like many you are confusing fiction with fact that was so overwhelmingly purported in The Davinci Code and urban myth.
If you would like to research the Ecumenical Councils you will find as I have posted.
