You really have to see this. Rather simple and moving but also very to the point. This shows the way things in the U S really are. A perfect example of what we face and have been living with. Bloody Sunday: Thousands Mark Anniversary of 1965 Selma-Montgomery March
On Sunday, March 7th, 1965, Alabama state troopers and local police attacked a peaceful march by 600 civil rights demonstrators from Selma to Montgomery. The day would be remembered as Bloody Sunday. The marchers were just a few blocks into their planned route when they were tear-gassed and beaten by police on the Edmund Pettus Bridge over the Alabama River. Bloody Sunday was the first of three attempted marches from Selma to Montgomery, which was finally completed under federal protection and led by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. It is widely credited with helping pass the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
How much things change and how much things remain the same, even as congresspersons go to vote. And they got spat on and cursed for doing the peoples work. Do they (the Darkside) have no shame?
