Sarah Palin is rallying her followers to "reload" and to fight candidates she opposes who are now targets in her crosshairs I'm beginning to wonder if the opposition is going to go from utilizing its right to free speech to the next level. (See crosshairs graphic below.)
(Excerpted from “Sarah Palin: ‘She’s not retreating, she’s reloading’,” a Good Morning American article written by Nailah Ellis Timberlake, 11.17.09.):
"Heavy speculation has surrounded Palin and her political aspirations and motivations. When asked about the possibility of a presidential run in 2012 she replied, 'I’m concentrating on 2010 and making sure we have issues tackled as Americans to make sure we’re on the right road.' -- Here’s how her father describes it in her book: 'She’s not retreating, she’s reloading'."
And, it seems Palin has picked up Dad’s call out, and who knows their little girl better their Daddy?, as she tweeted it today and then followed up on Facebook with her targeted list of candidates to beat in November 2010 can be found in her cross hairs on Facebook.
I apologize that I've yet to figure out how to get a good graphic into a post, I'm still working on that, but you can go to Sarah's page if you want to see it for yourself -- without having to join!

It's Frank Schaeffer. Below is a little info. on him, and his background. He's amazingly well spoken, and does not hold back on exposing the extreme right wing religious fundimentalism, of which he once was an intricate and intimate founder of, in it's modern day agenda.

Frank Schaeffer (born August 3, 1952) is an American author, film director, screenwriter and public speaker. He is the son of the late theologian and author, Dr. Francis Schaeffer. He became a Hollywood film director and author, writing several internationally acclaimed novels depicting life in a strict, fundamentalist household including Portofino, Zermatt, and Saving Grandma.
Background:
In 2007 Schaeffer published the autobiographical, "Crazy For God", in which he goes into much more detail regarding what it was like to grow up in the Schaeffer family, and around L'Abri.
In 2006 he published, "Baby Jack", a novel about a Marine killed in Iraq. He is also known for his best selling non-fiction books related to the United States Marine Corps, including Keeping Faith—A Father-Son Story About Love and the United States Marine Corps, co-written with his son John Schaeffer, and AWOL—The Unexcused Absence Of America's Upper Classes From Military Service and How It Hurts Our Country, co-authored with former Clinton presidential aide, Kathy Roth-Douquet.
In 1990 Schaeffer became an Orthodox Christian as a member of the Greek Orthodox Church, which he says "embraces paradox and mystery." He converted in 1992 at a Greek Orthodox Church in Newburyport Mass.
Political views:
Schaeffer has written: "In the mid 1980s I left the Religious Right, after I realized just how very anti-American they are, (the theme I explore in my book Crazy For God)."
He added that he was a Republican until 2000, working for Senator John McCain in that year's primaries, but that after the 2000 election he re-registered as an independent.
On February 7, 2008, Schaeffer endorsed Senator Barack Obama for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination, in an article entitled "Why I'm Pro-Life and Pro-Obama." The next month, prompted by the controversy over remarks by the pastor of Obama's church, he wrote: "When my late father -- Religious Right leader Francis Schaeffer -- denounced America and even called for the violent overthrow of the US government, he was invited to lunch with presidents Ford, Reagan and Bush, Sr."
After the 2008 Russian-Georgian War, Schaeffer described Russia as a resurgent Orthodox Christian power, paying back the West for its support of Muslim Kosovar secessionists against Orthodox Serbia.
On October 10, 2008 a public letter to Senator McCain (and Sarah Palin) from Schaeffer was published in the Baltimore Sun newspaper. The letter contained an impassioned plea for John McCain to arrest what Schaeffer perceived as a hateful, and prejudiced tone of the Republican party's election campaign.
Schaeffer was convinced that there was a pronounced danger that fringe groups in America could be goaded into pursuing violence. "If you do not stand up for all that is good in America and declare that Senator Obama is a patriot, fit for office, and denounce your hate-filled supporters ... history will hold you responsible for all that follows."
Soon after Obama's inauguration, Schaeffer criticized Republican leaders for the course on which they had taken his former party:
How can anyone who loves our country support the Republicans now? Barry Goldwater, William F. Buckley and Ronald Reagan defined the modern conservatism that used to be what the Republican Party I belonged to was about. Today no actual conservative can be a Republican. Reagan would despise today's wholly negative Republican Party.
In February, 2010, Schaeffer criticized President Obama's critics for being racist.
"'We’d rather see the economy go down in flames than work with a black man.’ That's what Dick Cheney said at CPAC. He didn’t actually use the N-word, but you look between the lines and it’s there

You can also easily find him on youtube interviews with rachael Maddow and others, where he explains what's going on in politics with the extreme religous right. I think he needs to be interviewed more often, on many more venues.
Every foreign-born person I communicate with considers "white Americans" as mean. Naturally they are only speaking of those the meet yet, I consider it an indicator, my heritage then is not the question why are they so mean to someone who looks or speaks differently?
I drop the F bomb on gather all the time.
Write States AG, Governors, Senate and Congress [write across the Country not just the State in which we live] and tell them that anyone who does NOT quell the hate shall loose their seat! We must mean what we say as they appear to!
On the other hand, we could simply contact the voting public and ask that we all remain silent until they enter the voting booth and make the message LOUDER than the screaming going on now! I would vote for quiet retaliation! :^)
They mean the same things here in Montana and a lot of the West.
Why because I understand her terminology?
Admit it you laughed. You might be older than Moses but you arent dead.
Why because I understand her terminology?
Then perhaps you could translate it for the rest of us. I have seen her interviews and frankly she makes no sense.
Don, you are worse than Lori.
Colonel you do speak Palinese.
I don't understand why everyone don't understand Palinese. It is so simple.
I here she is going to help a radical Democrat in her bid for reelection.
Colonel I am shocked. But you know women are psychic..they know whether you are gonna get laid or not.
Which Dem do you remember?
Don't remember she has me on her mailing list for some unknown reason. Claims to be the right's worst nightmare. It was a funraising letter in my junk e-mail.
I don't know to me Palin is perfectly clear. Don't know how city folks talk and think.
It's FUNNY because you all talk about her, but NO ONE has found anything legitimate to hold against her.
Don't matter if you don't like how she looks or how she talks.
I love the fact that she STILL has you liberals shaking in your boots.
I LOVE IT.
I dont think she know enough about politics outside of Alaska to serve in any higher of an office than their governor. In other words she doesnt have enough knowledge not experience. I dont think she is stupid but I dont think she is smart. I see her more average. And I would like to have my president to be intelligent.
And the biggest problem is she quit on Alaska. She isnt made of the right stuff to lead the country.
