NCAA scores 2010 basketball tournament - March Madness Scores
The 2010 NCAA Men's basketball tournament is kicked off officially. Round one was full on action from the minute the teams hit the court. Top seeds Kentucky and Kansas will be in action Thursday. Seeds, Duke and Syracuse are scheduled to play on Friday.
In Thursday's opening teams from all four regions are competing to make it to the next round. The latest March Madness scores listed here.
Today's teams battled it out against tough opponents. Some of the top seeds faced toughest of the tournament in their matchups with the lower seeds. Villanova, Notre Dame and Vanderbilt were up against it. With lower seeds looking to make a big impression in the tournament tougher are still ahead.
