Sarah Palin, who is now a pundit for Fox News, says she will work to help get Senator McCain re-elected. She says, "I'm looking forward to getting back on the campaign trail with my former running mate." McCain says, "I know my fellow Arizonans will welcome her as well."
My question is the two have been slamming one another's campaigns since their loss in 2008, and now, they are best of friends. It may be that it's a scenario similar to the one where Obama may have hurt Coakley more than helped, and now, each camp is blaming the other.
People are sick of politicians, and last I looked Palin, Obama, McCain, and Coakley are all politicians. It remains to be seen if Sarah Palin will be an asset to John McCain or if some other Republican will throw their hat in the ring against McCain, and then, where will Sarah Palin stand?
McCain has no announced challenger yet for the Republican nomination but conservative radio talk show host J.D. Hayworth has talked of possibly challenging the Vietnam war hero.
Palin is now a star of the Republican Party and a big draw on the fund-raising circuit. She is a Fox News contributor.

it didn't work the first time...hhmmmmm
As in, making sure that he had someone that would push foward...He knew he was gonna lose...All he did was smart political manuevering....Postureing (sp) so to speak...
He pumped up someone that he knew in this day and age would have a chance to continue his agenda, to a certain extent, and hoped that the conservative/feminist agenda would take over in the next four years....
It wasn't about him becoming President, it was about preserving the Party Line, and he made a smart move....Sarah is and will be the front-runner in the 2012 elections.
You can say or think what you want but this has been a well orchestrated plan for the Republicans for a long time...Do you think that McCain just pulled her out of the blue?
C'mon, once again wake up...There is a plan here we just gotta figure it out.....
McCain is much smarter than people give him credit for.....He might not be a Presidential Canidate worth voting for, but he is a snake with ties and partners that will back him, in turn they will back Palin....
Once again America do the research......
Are you laughing at me???.......LOL
