ALL EQUAL? YES OR NO

The United States constitution says that all men are created equal.  Every American believes that.

Why cannot this noble principle apply on the world scene?  Why cannot we believe that all nations are equal?  Why does one nation have to be bigger, better, stronger, more influential, than all the others?  Does that make sense?  Is it logical? Is it right? Think about it.

They don't have Constitutions that say that....
As far as nations being equal(?) in size etc., though complicated, geography and economic systems I suppose.

If we could just see them that way world peace might come a little easier. The European Union, whose members have for centuries been bitter enemies, now see each other as equal partners. That's progress.

"Why cannot this noble principle apply on the world scene?" the influx of Socialism has destroyed that concept.
First you must remember that in saying that all men are created equal, means that "All have equal opertunities". Socialism says that no matter what you do, or do not do, you recieve the same as someone who achieves more. In that, it drives goals to be pushed lower. Where as the words in Our COnstitution and Declaration Of Independence, is meant to drive goals higher.
In short, Socialism drives Apathy, while our view was to drive a goal orientated society.

As far as citizens are concerned equal does not men the same. Cannot nations, too, be equal without being all the same?

Keith: Bullying is a symptom of immaturity. When man grows up and matures, he and his nations will put bullying aside and turn to cooperation instead. This is NOT a dream; it WILL come about.
